As professionals, we recognize the need for change from time to time. Please do not assume a service provider’s feelings will be hurt if you try another team member. We are all here to make sure you have a pleasant experience.
Future Appointments
To Ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon.
Late/No Show Policy
In consideration of other clients and our staff, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If it is determined that you arrived late, you may be asked to reschedule or be taken by another stylist. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice, so that we can offer your time to another client.
Children
Due to chemicals, sharp instruments, hot appliances and for the comfort of all clients, children and infants must be closely supervised by a parent. We recommend arranging childcare so that you can relax during your visit.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund (accompanied by a receipt) all retail items returned within 60 days.
Insufficient Funds
$25.00 charge for all Insufficient Funds.
